Overhead Traction Home Lift
The Overhead Traction Home Lift uses a compact gearless traction motor mounted in the shaft overhead — delivering faster response, more precise floor-level alignment, and greater energy efficiency than hydraulic alternatives.
This design is favoured for homes with 4 or more floors where the round-trip speed of a traction system matters for daily convenience. The MRL configuration ensures no dedicated machine room is needed.
All Rolex traction home lifts ship with VVVF drive, ARD, and an intelligent soft-stop control that brings the cabin to floor level within ±2mm accuracy.
Gearless Traction Motor
Overhead PMSM traction motor — faster, more precise, and more energy-efficient than hydraulic for multi-storey homes.
±2 mm Floor Levelling
VVVF-controlled precision levelling ensures the cabin is always flush with the landing — no step-up, no trip hazard.

ARD Standard Fitment
Battery-powered Automatic Rescue Device brings the cabin to the nearest floor and opens doors on power failure.
