Lift Installation Engineer
Lead on-site installation of passenger, hospital, and goods lifts. Coordinate with civil teams, manage commissioning, and ensure compliance with IS:14665 safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end lift installation across residential and commercial sites
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Perform pre-commissioning tests and handover inspections
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and quality benchmarks
Service & Maintenance Technician
Carry out scheduled AMC visits, diagnose faults, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all types of elevators in our installed base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular AMC inspections and lubrication schedules
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly
- Maintain service logs and escalate critical issues
- Provide 24/7 on-call emergency support on rotation
Sales Executive (Elevator Solutions)
Drive business development for elevator sales in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Build long-term client relationships and close project deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through site visits, builders, and architects
- Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the technical team for pre-sales support
